It is a white grain, with a smooth texture and pleasant flavor. Rich in protein, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. It is produced on the north coast and inter-Andean valleys of Peru.

Once harvested, it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The entire process under an adequate quality and health control.
